About records on this platform

Documents in our public archive are records produced by Alaska state and local agencies in response to public records requests. Such documents are, in nearly all cases, public records under AS 40.25.110–.220 and are not subject to copyright restrictions in the United States (see 17 U.S.C. § 105 for federal records; Alaska state and local government works are similarly not copyrightable as a general rule).
